  • You are able to pay for your commission upfront

  • You understand and comply with the information below

Commission Process

  • If your commission is chosen, a message will be sent to the decided platform for communication along with an initial quote

  • Once the client and artist agree upon the rate for the commission, an invoice will be sent to your Paypal email

  • Please pay the invoice in full and within 48h (unless otherwise discussed) or your spot may be removed from queue

  • Edit Dec. 21: Due to commissions opening very close to the holidays, I am temporarily extending the invoice payment deadline to a week.

  • Commission progress will be tracked on Trello. Please refer to the trello queue before inquiring about commission status

  • WIP (work in progress) sketches will be sent for approval. During this time you may request changes. Any major changes after line art/colour phase may be subject to additional fees

  • Final full res art will be sent via email, discord or imgur with the low res version being uploaded to twitter for sharing

Artist & Client Rights

  • All transactions are final. A Client may not request a refund after the commission has been completed

  • If the client requests a refund during the commission progress, the artist reserves the right to keep partial to full payment, depending on the commission status

  • The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission and issue a full to partial refund at any time during the commission process without any explanation. Refunds will depend on the amount of work completed and are at the artists' discretion

  • Commissions are generally not first come, first served. The artist has the right to pick and choose which commissions to accept during each commission wave

  • Completion time may vary from a few days up to a few months after payment under normal circumstances. There is no guarantee completion date as it depends too heavily on complexity, communication between artist and client, and the artists personal schedule

  • Fast turn around time cannot be guarantee due to the artists' chronic health issues. Please do not commission if you are looking for fast completion

  • Commissions can be completed by a certain time frame if discussed and agreed upon by both artist and client when making an order. There may be additional fees for last minute rush orders

  • Communication regarding commissions between artist and client will be done via email by default. The client and artist may use twitter or discord as primary communication if discussed ahead of time

  • Displayed prices are subject to change according to complexity of each piece. The artist has the right to adjust the final price of the commission as they see fit

  • Clients are encouraged to check their primary form of communication regularly for commission updates as the artist will send regular updates as they see fit. Clients are encouraged to check in when they feel it's necessary for updates, reminders and/or questions. General updates such as overall delays may be made via the artist's twitter, discord and public Trello queue

  • Private commissions are not accepted however clients can request their name be hidden

  • If a commission is a time-sensitive gift, the client may request the public display of the commission be delayed until the appropriate date

  • The client cannot alter the artwork itself. Commissioning a sketch and colouring it themselves is fine. Credit for the original sketch must be given if the coloured version is posted publicly

  • In general, the client is requested to give art credit when applicable or character design credit when applicable

  • The client retains all rights to their characters displayed in a commission piece. They do not retain the rights to the commissioned image, by default.

  • The artist retains all rights to commissioned artwork. All artwork may be posted to galleries, social medias and be used as examples for future commissions

  • The artist retains the right to make physical merchandise of any commissioned work. If the client wishes to purchase the rights to the artwork they may discuss this with the artist

  • The client has the right to request the artist does not sell prints of their commissioned work containing their characters. In this case, the artist may modify the commission so that the characters displayed look more generic. This is done at the artist's discretion.

  • The client may not profit from artwork. Characters or artwork done of a character being resold must be sold at its original price

  • The artist may use rejected WIPs from commissions for other commissions or personal works

  • Characters belonging to the artist may be featured in the client's commission. This is no guarantee discount for this however. The artist may decline their character being included in a commission for any reason.

  • If the client has any questions they may contact the artist for clarification
